What You Can Expect
Hi, I’m Rio, the founder of Tranquil Tails Animal Care. With over five years of hands-on experience in the pet care industry, I’ve built a deep understanding of dogs, cats, and small animals, and I’m passionate about providing them with the highest standard of care.
I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2016 with a degree in Animal Behaviour, and I’m currently furthering my expertise through a part-time Master’s in Clinical Animal Behaviour at The University of Edinburgh.
Every day, I feel incredibly lucky to spend my time with such wonderful animals and the amazing people who love them. Animal welfare is always at the heart of what I do - I take the time to understand each pet’s individual needs, making sure our time together is not only safe and nurturing but also full of fun, enrichment, and affection. ♡
